Just a small challenge, winning a custom domination game with just scouts. Easy with those settings. Can also be done by just going full liberty and grabbing a general from the finisher, or an engineer (and getting heroic epic with him), otherwise only go full honor.

If the enemy city grows to 5 pop the un-boosted scouts go poof when attacking, so the power boosts are sort of useful.

You certainly have to win before the enemy gets stronger units regardless of difficulty, otherwise your scouts will, like I said, go poof :P If you can defend with your cities only, then you can use them to encircle the enemy territory, then use great generals to starve the city, making it easy for the scouts to capture it. Because this is settler, and the ai venice, I didnt need to do that, the scouts were enough.
