to create Holy Prayer x1.
for the maiden's blood:
you need 9 bloodstains (bought in stores), which then synthesize into bloodclots x3, and then synthesize those into maiden's blood x1.
the lizard tail should be in stores... but It can probably be synthesized as well and it's probably dropped from various mobs.
