Direct DVD rip of Sound Holic Touhou PVD - You may know dream (manual rip by me) with 1080p60fps filter enhancement
Have been planning on doing this for almost 4 years, finally's the right time
This PV has been one of my top absolute PV up til date (and this song was one of the first songs that got me hooked to Touhou). The style of this animation allows for an extremely smooth interpolation toward 60fps; and thus was my whole motivation to started uploading 60fps stuffs onto my channel
...but of course, back then due to technical issues and constraints I couldn't achieved this 60fps upload; but after a few years of trial and errors with different filtering method, I think I am quite ready to give this a go now
(a bit of 60fps filtering artifacts occur at the end with the fluttering petals... oh well)

For 1080p upscale, I was faced with 2 options of either using soft filtering (less noises, cleaner visual and more cartoony) or extra sharp (more details and stylistics). I opted for the extra sharp option, so this video might have a bit of noises here and there, but the extra stylistic shading from the original PV is made really prominent with this method of filtering.

I now own the physical Touhou PVD 1-5 DVDs. There are a lot more PVs that could see benefits from this style of filtering, but for now I will focus on uploading these 2D cartoon-esque PV one first (due to their visual style works quite nicely with 60fps treatments comparing to the Anime PVs one)
