I love maple fretboards but if its oil finished, the chance of dirt and grime from years of using it will transpire. And that happened to my KIESEL Vader 7. I tried using fretboard cleaners, cleaning it hard with cloth and tissues but it stayed the same. So I watched Jeff Kiesel and how they do it in the Kiesel factory. And there you go my maple fretboard is once again restored to its original state.
