Cleaning a Wolf brand single or double griddle is easy.

When cooking is finished, turn the griddle down to a low temperature, use a bit of canola oil, then scrub with the scrub pads that come with most griddle cleaning kits. Push everything towards you into the drip tray, then dispose. When finished, spread a very thin layer of canola oil to prevent oxidation until next use - the griddle will smoke a bit when you turn it on next time. When that smoke stops, all the previous oil will be burnt off and everything will be ready to go. Easy. Simple. Awesome.
