This is the NTSC-US version of the Playstation 2 game Clock Tower 3 which runs on my PC at full speed using the default settings of the excellent PCSX2 emulator Version 1.3.1

You will still need a very powerful CPU and GPU to run this game at full 60 FPS but finally the emulator has made significant changes and here are the results.
