I was actually recording with the xbox cables plugged directly into the cap card, so the audio/video on the pc was very lagging and was impossible to play a normal song. Just wanted to make a video with some double bass in, not very nice but funny i think. This card don't support 60 HZ (thanks Ewan btw), so that's why the xbox video wasn't working. I could look pretty dumb but i can't figure out which cables i need and how to plug the lol watching the various tutorials on youtube im pretty sure i need 3 av splitters plus another cable, some helps more could be needed and very appreciated. Thank for watching everyones :D
