Welcome to my second Fallout New Vegas contest! The first contest still has no winner, and the prize for that one was $50. But not to worry, here is another one that will test your memory and detective skills! Watch the video, then make sure to read the rules and the challenge below, because there are a few additions that weren't in the video. Finally, good luck with the challenge! Make haste, because there will be plenty of people scrambling to complete the challenge within minutes after I post this contest.

Rules for Culveyhouse's Fallout New Vegas Contest #2:
1. Any human being on planet Earth (or on the International Space Station) may participate, but if you're under 18 and you win, the prize must be granted to a parent or guardian.
2. Please do not post any hints or other information that reveal any part of the solution.
3. The prize is a $30 GameStop gift card, however if you win but don't have access to a GameStop retail or online store, you may request a $30 cash prize via PayPal.
4. The contest will run until someone wins, or until October 23, 2077.
5. I will try to contact the winner until October 23, 2077. If I am unsuccessful in contacting him/her by that time, I will post another contest based on whatever Fallout game exists in that year! (Hint: Respond promptly if you are the winner!)

The Challenge:
1. I have posted a total of 163 Fallout New Vegas videos (FNV, Dead Money DLC, and Raw Footage).
2. Scattered about these 163 videos, I have mentioned several famous (or infamous) real-world people. I have mentioned at least THREE, but not more than FOURTEEN real-world figures
3. All of these famous/infamous people share several obvious traits in common.
3a. IMPORTANT: You must make sure that the people that I've mentioned all have these obvious traits, and exclude any person I've mentioned who obviously doesn't fit with the rest of the famous people.
4. All except two of these people are alive today.
5. You must name each one of these people (with the correct spelling).
6. You must name them in order, and along with each one, you must include your favorite quote by that person.
6a. IMPORTANT: To name them in order by which I mentioned them, simply use the date stamp of each video.
6b. VERY IMPORANT: You must quote each person verbatim (no paraphrasing!)
7. When you think you have the full list, send it to me in a YouTube email. Don't post it as a comment!
8. I won't reveal any hints, and when you email me, you will only receive a one sentence email, which will be either "Keep Trying!" or "Congratulations!"
9. So obviously, even if you're not correct the first time, you may continue trying.
10. The first person who emails me the correct list with a quote from each person will win the $30 prize!
11. The moment that we have a winner, I will update this video with a "CLOSED" in the title, so you don't keep searching.

Hints:
1. The famous/infamous people have at least three things obviously in common.
2. One of the three things that they have obviously in common is that they were all born within the last 125 years.
3. The things that these people do NOT have in common are: They are not all serial killers, they are not all nuclear scientists, and they haven't all heard of the Fallout franchise.

EXAMPLE:

If the people I've mentioned are all artists (this isn't correct, it's just an example), then your list might start with:

1. Salvador Dali. Quote: "Don't bother about being modern. Unfortunately it is the one thing that, whatever you do, you cannot avoid."

However, if I also mentioned the name Saddam Hussein, a war criminal who never touched a paint brush, then exclude him, as he obviously doesn't fit in with the rest of the list.
