This is episode 2 of the Coburn Plays series, featuring The Adventures of Down Under Dan by PowerVision, released in 1995.

The game itself was released in 1995 by PowerVision. According to Wikipedia, it was the only game sold by them before they got bankrupt.

I had played this one day back when I was a young lad. A few nights ago, I remembered the name of it, and part of me wanted to play it again. After hunting down the game, installing DOSBox and getting it running, memories came flooding back.
