Method: Combine in iSi whipper with Nitrogen. Strain and bottle.

Sssspicy Monkey
▷ 1.5 oz (44 ml) White Rum (Bacardi)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Falernum (Homemade - Allspice heavy)
▷ 0.75 oz (22 ml) Pumpkin Spice Creme Liqueur (Pennsylvania Dutch)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Banana Schnapps (99 Bananas)
Method: Shake & Strain over Ice
Garnish: Grated Cinnamon
Critiques: This recipes didn't have enough sweetness to complement the flavors of the banana and pumpkin. The spice was on point, but I feel that a creme de banana would've gone better than the schnapps (but the XBar doesn't have a bottle of that yet! would go with a Tempus Fugit if I could)
