That game was Code Geass: Lost Colors and in the more recent distant past of 2014, a fan translator became busy in real life as one normally does and had to leave the unofficial English patch unfinished. Does this mean the dialogue is bad? No. Is it great? No. Is it a distraction from life right now? Yes, and that's the only excuse I need to play this game.
