I've been using this build a lot lately. It started as a desire to last longer in rowdy co-op sessions, negating the lower health recovery item count. It works well in crowds and the dodge-bomb can help stagger even larger enemies, allowing you to punish.

There are a couple of DLC specific actives here, but they can be swapped for something else to fit your play style or to substitute in something else you have access to (if you don't have the DLCs).

It's not a serious build, but it's reliable and fun to roll with in co-op or solo.
