Easy coffee liquor / liqueur recipe
For 1l of coffee liquor you need to mix
333 ml of coffee
2 cinnamon sticks
lemon and/or orange zest (no pith)
333gm sugar (used brown but can use anything including artificial)
333ml of distillate (mine is 90 proof so cutting it by 1/3 makes it 30% final product)

scale your recipe to your needs, add more sugar, less distillate, more coffee or add cacao nibs, salt, peppers or whatever your heart desires.
