So it's official. Cogeco (our internet service provider) came through in spades and not only heard our frustrations, but found the problem, isolated and fixed it.

We were very upset with problem that we ran into, where we could not broadcast past 7PM. But thanks to the data that I provided to Cogeco (speed tests over multiple time intervals) and back and forth communication with Cogeco staff, we got to the bottom of the problem.

A couple weeks has passed since the fix, and everything is perfect and we are back to our happy place.
