Coleco Adam Demonstration Cartridge
39This item was distributed to some people to demonstrate the possibilities of the Coleco Adam computer. By running this cartridge, Coleco Industries was hoping to sell many computers and softwares.
Unfortunately for Coleco, the first batch of Adam computers was buggy. For example, there was a hardware problem about the waffer (tape) drive : by leaving a tape in it when turning on the computer, a little electric discharge makes the tape unusable by erasing data at this position on the tape. I had one Super Buck Rogers game that simply stops at one point of the game because of that.

Technical information :
It's a typical 24K Coleco ROM game cartridge, but it starts by copying itself at $2000 where there is RAM inside the Adam computer but not inside the ColecoVision game.
