CCJVQ Coleco Project - Day 4
5GhostBlaster - A special game for the 10th anniversary of CCJVQ (Quebec VideoGame Collectors Club)
Day 4 : Collision, Moon and Parallax.
I did not only add a background picture, I did make it move slowly depending on the camera movement. This "candy eye" effect is slowing down the rendering, droping the FPS from 30 to 20 (but I'm pretty sure the CBS ColecoVision will stay at 25). I'm reaching the limit of the system, and that means all new things I will add in the project may slow down the game.
Actually the ROM size is 11K, and the limit is 32K.
The footage was recorded with the emulator BlueMSX v2.8.1
