This is a timeline of the Collapse of the Soviet Union, which lasted from 1990 to 1991. Lithuania is our first tumor to leave the Soviet Union, which was in 1990. Then in April 1991, Georgia left, but there are over two republics that left the Soviet Union on August 1991, and they are Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan (possibly), Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Tajikistan and Armenia are our only tumors who left on September 1991, and Turkmenistan left on October 27, 1991. No one knows that Chechnya left before Russia on November 1991 as the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which lasted until 2000 as an independent state. Belarus left on December 10, 1991, leaving our last two tumors, Russia and Kazakhstan. The Soviet Union splits, and it appears Russia wasn’t the last as Russia left on December 16, 1991, and the Soviet Union ceased from existence in December 25, 1991. This only leaves Kazakhstan, which leaves the Soviet Union in December 25, 1991, and president Mikhail Gorbachev resigns from his office on that date.
