To make sure that the french dragoons did not use the space i was about to plow with my pioneer i use an avaliable colonist to occupy the space. But look at the warning at 0:14. It warns me that i am about to declare war on the English.....but i am the english, as i also tries to show with the arrow. What a weird and funny bug - think that i can declare war on myself. I do try to occopy the spot and see if England is at war with England afterwards...but sadly no
