16Full game longplay of Combat: Task Force 121, an FPS budget game, known in Europe as America's Secret Operations, released first in March 2005, in NA region on PCs, and Xbox consoles. Running on Unreal Engine 2.0, clearly a poor rendition of the engine, the same one as in Land of the Dead: Road to Fiddler's Green, also a 2005 FPP Zombie game. Here played on a real OG Xbox hardware, at 480p, and using Widescreen hack (I am 99% sure it didn't have one on release), recorded at 1440p60 H.265 NVENC via OBS.
What more to say, a low cost, low budget, low expectations shooter. Quick to be finished, quick to be forgotten. But, for whatever it's worth, you actually can have fun in this game, same as in Land of the Dead. Mechanics and graphics are extremely simple, but it's a nice, braindead action all the time! :)
Reviews on metacritic ranging from 40-44% depending on the platform. Sweet.
