Comic Station Issue #61 - February 26th 2014
The contest for most graphic comic book this week was landslide thanks to The Revenge #1 from Image Comics on this issue of Comic Station.
New Releases: We open this issue of Comic Station with Pariah #1 from Dark Horse Comics, a bleak view of a space-station full of children in peril. After a long hiatus, Superman: Lois Lane One-shot from DC Comics brings Lois Lane back to the comics in her own issue, relying on her sleuth abilities to save the day and maybe whats left of her family while she's at it. From IDW we have another The X-Files Conspiracy title, this time though it's X-Files Conspiracy: The Transformers and much like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from last week this might be a "big fan" only series. A staple of Marvel Comics gets a new start in the All-New Marvel Now! title Fantastic 4 #1, which though it might be more of an introduction new and old fans will enjoy. One-hit Wonder #1 from Image Comics sees how a once child can turn into a hit-man in Hollywood. Winning the Grossest Title of the Week, we have The Revenge #1 from Image Comics. Seriously, gross.
Reviews: Going perfectly with out Lara Croft action figure from Play Kai, Lido starts the reviews with Tomb Raider #1 from Dark Horse Comics. Serenity: Leaves on the Wind #2 sees if the series can keep the attention of someone who hasn't been invested in the shows. The review for Vandroid #1 from Dark Horse Comics closes out our reviews for this week.
