Comm Tower testing
A mechanic designed to help the ISDF counter the jammers and longer tower sightlines that the Scions and Roton have. Motion sensors override jammers, and the range is set to effectively infinite. It will cost scrap to activate one of the detectors though, and only one at a time may be active. The detectors have a negative AddHealth value, causing them to expire after a short time. I could've included a "Jam Radar" option, but that would be OP and not really in-theme for the ISDF.
