As you may expect from a level where the objective is to capture a point and hold it, you should start as Offense class.
The closer to the objective you get, the heavier the Nod forces will get. They'll end up using Avatars, and later heavy Air units. Luckily, there are a few Husks scattered about to assist you. I don't bother with the southern Mammoth, because it's out of the way. Your Mastodons can take quite a punching, so use them to front your assaults, whilst you concentrate on matching your units against what they will deal the most damage to. I find approaching from the north to be easier, although it's likely that your Crawler will meet up with another, and another attrition battle will occur, one of the few things I can pinpoint a dislike on in this game actually.
