You can similarly run the game with the 1964 emulator.
Notice that you can play in fullscreen if you press Esc button. Certainly I didn't do that because of video recording.
You can play also the Covert Operations missions (as you can see in my walkthroughs), but in order to do that, you need to hexadecimaly edit the game's ROM file. For example seek for the GDI first spec ops mission code and replace that with a demanded Covert Operations mission code.
