In this mission, we need to defend the fake base from enemy attack. Artillery is very useful here, you can hide them behind concrete walls and they can kill enemy infantry easily and at least do decent damage against enemy tanks. You cannot build any other unit except infantry so use your mine layer instead and spam mines around the base.

Once your reinforcements arrive, deploy your MCV and start building medium tanks. Assault the base to the north, if you capture the enemy construction yard the enemy will then sell every other building and then go after you. You can retreat back to your base (hopefully you have set up a lot of defenses such as pillboxes by now) and then mow the enemy down to submission.
