In this mission, we have to destroy all enemy forces (this will be a long one) and an enemy cruisier will constantly appear at a set interval, coming from the south east - so prepare some submarines for it.

The enemy base is to the west but they do not actually mine ore at all! So you have no competition with the resources here in this map. You do have to cross a heavily mined mine field though to enter their base. You will lose a lot of troops in the process, not unless you do an infantry charge on it first (you can't instruct yaks to clear the mine field due to fog of war). Anyhow destroy all enemy forces to win. Save some money to build submarines too as needed.
