You start with infantry to the south east, make your way to the bridge and take control of the barracks. Train an engineer to capture one of the choppers and then transport your troops across the river to destroy the church just north to get extra $$$

And then, make your way to the west with the chopper and land your troops there to take control of the derelict Nod base. Build up your base and start building turrets as fast as possible because the enemy will send in medium tanks. Once you get things going, build light tanks and flame tanks and assault the GDI base to the east. Note that GDI also has advanced guard towers lying around in tiberium fields, so its best to clear them first with light tanks. Destroy all enemy forces to win the mission.
