Here is a review with some gameplay footage from the Commodore 64 Plug and Play by Mammoth toys made back in 2004 and mostly sold by Q.V.C. although other outlets did eventually carry them.
As a side note, although commonly called the C=64 Plug and Play it is actually named "C64 Direct-to-TV".
