Guía y tutorial con consejos después de mi experiencia con Williams 🇬🇧. Como ganar 🏆 el campeonato de constructores y pilotos en 4 años, con un equipo de la parte baja del campeonato.

Para ello seguí unos cuantos objetivos, en esta guía te explico:
1 - Sustituir al segundo piloto por alguien mejor (de F2) durante los primeros 2-3 años.
2 - Sustituir el personal por otros mejores.
3 - Mejorar la sede para potenciar el coche y las habilidades de pilotos y personal.
4 - No escatimar en gastos al contratar piloto, personal o investigar y desarrollar piezas.
5 - Qué mejorar en el coche, en la sede, en los pilotos y en el personal.
6 - Gestionar las mejoras del coche y potenciarlas.
7 - Perfilado de personal y pilotos.
8 - Gestión de patrocinadores.
9 - Gestión de piloto reserva.
10 - Gestión de finanzas.
