I'll leave my analysis in the comments and the description where ever you want to read.

Let’s start with some justifications:
Solo: Yelan gets a HP bonus with more people in the party, and to make this as hard as possible, Yelan is by herself so even before getting buffed in a party you can see her individual capabilities.

Weapon: NOTE I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE AMOS BOW. I used the Amos Bow because it doesn't impact the artifact sets bonuses. Where Yelan uses her burst and skill to do majority of her damage and that scales off her HP and not her ATK. So the Amos Bow was just there for looks, as I wanted to only showcase the differences in bonuses. I will admit one of these artifact builds would have greatly benefited from using a different bow but I might do that on a later date with maybe an event bow.

Artifact Stats: I really tried to get the artifact stats as close as possible, but some did not end up that way, making it harder to gauge their true capabilities at times. My goal was to get as much Crit DMG as possible while taking HP and Energy Recharge into account as well.

Talents: Lvl 6 Normal Attack, Lvl 6 Skill, and Lvl 6 burst. I used the skill and the burst to mainly do Yelan's dmg. I only recorded the starting dmg on the burst because it would continue to stack over time so a better base would mean better DMG over time. Along with a charged shot in order to get the pyro regisvine knocked.

Enemy: I chose the pyro regisvine because its pyro and originally I was going to fight the Pyro Hypostasis but decided against is because I was doing a lot more dmg to it, and feared people would associate the number from the Pyro Hypostasis universally so I decided on a more Tanky enemy. The goal in this fight was to not take a single hit when fighting, because a hit would mean a longer video and people see Yelan just eat it for a minute. I have over 100+ attempts due to that discrepancy and honestly it helped me get use to each build and more to see where it was lacking. Each run had the goal of showing the no crit and crit chance, taking more tries.
Artifact Raw Performance:

4PC Emblem of Severed Fate:
- HP: 25,042
- Crit Rate: 59.1%
- Crit Dmg: 166.6%
- Elemental Skill: 6769 - 14191
- Elemental Burst Starting Hit: 1413 - 3767
- This build would have strongly benefitted from an Energy Recharge Bow.
- To make this build viable you would need to juggle 4 stats, Crit rate, Crit DMG, HP, and Energy recharge, and ensuring all 4 are well balanced
- This set would only benefit Yelan's Burst capabilities.

2PC Noblesse Oblige 2PC Heart Of Depth:
- HP: 24,534
- Crit Rate: 61%
- Crit Dmg: 170.5%
- Elemental Skill: 7020 - 15154
- Elemental Burst Starting Hit: 1403 - 3726
- The skill did more damage than emblem's highest crit, however Emblem had a higher burst on crit.
- This build had the highest elemental mastery
-This set would benefit Yelan's Burst capabilities but at a fixed amount, and it does help with skill dmg because of 2PC Heart of Depth.

4 PC Heart of Depth:
- HP: 25,878
- Crit Rate: 50.1%
- Crit Dmg: 171.3%
- Elemental Skill: 5910 - 20086
- Elemental Burst Starting Hit: 1300 - 3529
- To use this build the most effectively you would most likely need to use the skill then burst , because her burst atks are considered charged attacks which benefit from the 4 PC bonus.

2PC Tenacity of the Millelith 2PC Heart Of Depth:
- HP: 28,512
- Crit Rate: 56%
- Crit Dmg: 172%
- Elemental Skill: 6511 - 22193
- Elemental Burst Starting Hit: 1432 - 3816
- Highest HP Stat
- Second Build elemental Mastery
- This build did the most dmg overall

HP GOBLET BONUS ROUND:
- HP: 35,409
- Crit Rate: 56.3%
- Crit Dmg: 195.3%
- Elemental Skill: 5599 - 21209
- Elemental Burst Starting Hit: 1216 - 3593
- I used 2PC Tenacity of the Millelith 2PC Heart Of Depth to test because this build had the most HP
- My charged ATK felt like it was doing a lot less than before
- The only reason I even did this build was to see how much HP and crit dmg I would need to even reach the highest crit of a Hydro Dmg Bonus Artifact.
- It seems like it was 20 extra crit dmg and a lot of HP
- I would only recommend a HP Goblet over a Hydro Dmg Bonus one as a temporary solution.
- Hydro DMG BONUS is better as it gives better dmg with less crit dmg needed.

Conclusion:
Emblem of Severed Fate and Nobilesse Oblige build would need an Energy Recharge Bow to be usable, and Emblem would be better. Tenacity Build did the most dmg overall and could be used if you have a battery and to use either Heart or this build I think a crit rate or crit dmg bow. If I had to choose one build, I would go with Emblem of Severed Fate because you can get Burst back faster.
