USE THIS QR CODE: http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php
Scan the QR Code with Wi-Fi disabled, then bookmark the page by clicking menu and add bookmark. Finally go back to the home menu, reopen the web browser but with Wi-Fi enabled and open the new bookmark. This will launch homebrew on your 3DS running 10.4 and 10.5!
