This character will teach players how to craft the acolyte of Set recipe for free in Conan Exiles. Doing this will save players 50 knowledge points.

Mek-Kamosis live up on a spider mountain to the north east of the map. There are three Conan Exiles NPCs that teach religion, this guy is one of them.

Players will be able to craft the Conan Exiles sepulcher of Set, as well as the ritual dagger and Set antidotes with this Conan Exiles crafting recipe.

The Setite ritual dagger is used to collect human hearts off of the corpses of humanoid enemies in Conan Exiles. These human hearts can be used to craft the Set antidotes which will also place a manifestation of zeal into the sepulcher as a by-product of production.
