At the 2013 Nürnberg Toy and Game Fair, Thomas Provoost from Repos Production explained Concept, a game from designers Gaëtan Beaujannot and Alain Rivollet that Repos expects to release at Spiel 2013 in October. Note that the final graphics, point values, and much else differ from what Thomas explains here. Also, ignore the specific example Thomas gave, and focus on the concept (tee hee) of the game instead.
