The only type of conversations to open are about Sonic in general and how fucking great of a job they did on that movie. Growing up with Sonic being such a cool and heroic friend and comfort via video games, books and television it was GREAT to see how they decided to go further into this Sonic Reboot type vibe we got going on, at least for some of us who the movie rekindled some childhood memories. The references and easter eggs made were made just for us--that special audience. You could TELL that the some of the people working on this were some hella good Sonic fans. Scenes flashing back to me of my days on newgrounds playing sonic mania, or saturday mornings watching sonic x on fucking 4kids! or was it WB? no wait theyre the same right, anyway doesnt matter AND I NEED TO KNOW SO MUCH MORE ABOUT THIS UNIVERSE'S LONGCLAW/ SONIC'S BACKSTORY/HOMEWORLD (if this isnt all new please refer me to proper media and necessary sonic info) ok ok ok ok ok but fr fr tho. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie in its entirety. and for kids for who this is their first sonic experiences i think its a good entry way based on how everyone was introduced so far and getting a decent idea on the sonic universe (i mean obviously but what i mean by that is certain references and such).
