This video shows how to hookup a PAL Commodore 64 to an NTSC Monitor (Commodore 1702) which has an NTSC S-Video port, by converting PAL S-video to RGB to NTSC S-Video. This method gave superior results over using HDMI.
This is the excellent video from @amigaretro4765 covering the HDMI method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2j-9CcN1Kg&t=265s
- The S-Video to RGB requires the "OSSC add-on board"—search on eBay for that.
