Creating a Multiplayer server with bots enabled at the start is not a bad way to populate / fill it up AND you get to warm up. For Multiplayer Bots in VR, I rate these 9/10. It's hard to get MP AI to function correctly from what I've seen so far. I would say their difficulty is about Medium-Hard. You have to be quick about your shots and take cover while engaging.
