Convert videos for viewing on LG Lotus
Convert videos for viewing / playback on the LG Lotus mobile phone offered by Sprint.
You'll need the following items:
1) Videos (almost any format so long as the video converter can decode it)
2) 3GP Video converter (I use smallvideosoft's Freez 3GP Video Converter which was free)
3) micro SD card
Once you've got all the items, these are the steps:
1) Launch the 3GP video converter (I'm using Freez 3GP Video Converter so I'll list the steps for that program)
2) Click the "Add" button and look for your videos.
3) Choose your output directory and choose "3GPP2" for the file format.
4) In the video section, choose "MPEG-4", "320x240", "1" for Video Quality.
5) In the audio section, choose "AAC-LC".
6) Click on the "Convert Video" button.
Once you've converted your videos, simply transfer the .3g2 files to your micro SD card. Put the videos in the sub-folder that's in the DCIM folder. That is the same folder where your photos and videos are stored when you use the LG Lotus' camera. Enjoy the videos!
