In this example, I converted a WAV file I recorded from Audacity https://www.audacityteam.org/ to MP3.

Great software for converting audio files. Audio files include MP3, WMA, AAC, M4A, AMR, OGG, AU, AIFF, WAV.
1. Open VSDC Free Audio Converter.
2. Select the audio format you would like (MP3, WMA, AAC, M4A, AMR, OGG, AU, AIFF, WAV).
3. Check output directory (where you want converted files to be saved).
4. Select ADD FILES or ADD FOLDER.
5. On the upper right corner, select CONVERT FILES.
This video is based on my personal experience with VSDC FREE AUDIO CONVERTER software version 1.6.5.353. Please be careful and use at you own risk.
