When you clear all ten levels of a category in Quiz Master mode, you'll become the Quiz Master for that category. There is also a special reward if you clear all categories on Level 10.

This video is a compilation of successful Level 1 through to Level 10 runs for Manga/Games. Note the questions you get are random, but you can grind them over and over again to get repeat questions (which appear commonly when trying again). Also, a lot of the questions (even on Level 1) are obscure nowadays, because this game was released only in Japan in 1994.
