This is how I make Beef Stew. Perfect for those chilly evenings and nights and delicious with a slice of buttered bread.

Ingredients:
3.28 lbs of beef roast
One onion
Three large, long Carrots
Small bag of potatoes
or
regular potatoes
cut into 1 inches chunks
2 boxes of Beef Broth
One Apple

If you want a thicker broth
Add one to three packets of brown
or beef gravy mix, depending on how thick you want the broth.
