Here's something I wasn't sure what to call it. This was one moment where we had a ton of ingredients that went with other recipes, so we decided to put this big mess into fruition and come up with a name for it along the way. As you can see, we went through a lot of title cards before we hit the right one. You'd be surprised with what you can come up with on the fly when you put your mind to it. Southern Goulash wound up being the best name to call this recipe. Give it a try if you love having oodles of noodles with a meaty beany mess of goodness!
