Core Keeper - All Bosses (No Damage / Hard) & Ending
Defeating all the bosses on Core Keeper without taking damage on hard difficulty and its ending. Hard buffs enemies to have 50% more HP and inflict 100% more damage but doesn't add new attacks or phases. Several bosses are pretty easy with any ranged build like I use.
Azeos and Hive Mother have seasonal variants that have holiday loot and appearances but are otherwise identical to their base game fights so they aren't included.
For each boss I used gear appropriate for the biome the boss shows up in as you can very easily outgear bosses by just going to the next biome for higher quality ore (at least once Glurch, Ghorm, and Malugaz are defeated to bring down the wall). Once the upgrade station became available with scarlet ore from the wilderness I only upgraded with ore available in that biome for stuff I kept using like the arcane staff. Similarly, food buffs were limited to what was able to be found up to that point (so the Tornis Kingfish with its 50% damage buff was something I didn't use until I reached the desert bosses).
Even so, it is very easy to become overpowered by late game to the point I had to intentionally go into fights with less buffs than possible to not kill the boss too fast. For the longest time I ignored a crit heavy build with magic despite its magic perks being associated with it (and one perk recovering 10% mana off crits) but with gear and food buffs you can easily reach 60-70% crit (more is certainly doable) and 200%+ critical hit damage. With additional food buffs boasting 75%+ magic damage and 50% extra damage from the aforementioned kingfish and the numbers can go pretty high.
I did go back for the fights with Druidra to Pyrdra to record a better kill (mostly because the fights dragged on from trying to downgrade too much). When I finished the game I realized I actually wasn't recording when I killed Omoroth. For these fights I used the appropriate level gear and used the basic food I ran through most of the game with that didn't boost damage (Spicy Tulip Salad, Hearty Pepper Wraps, and Filling Stone Dip Snacks) as all my skills were maxed out at that point.
The only fight that proved troublesome was the Core Commander fight. Its attack in the second phase where it shrouds the arena with void left me stumped on finding a consistent way to predict the safe zones. They're always positioned apart from one another with the same distance but, while they're usually by the orbs, that's not always so. There's also little to no time to adjust to a safe zone before taking damage. My kill just happens to be one where I was lucky both times with guessing the safe zones.
Anyhow, if you got through all that I'd say this was a rather fun game and I got addicted to playing on my own while playing with friends. We had played early access back when Ra-Akar was the endgame and recently started anew. On a side note, I could have sworn Omoroth's tornadoes went all over the arena in early access but my memories could be wrong.
