English version : It all started on the 20th of June, the day we played our first Supersonic Tournament match. Our first matchup was against Final Step, we won our first game and were moving on to the second map when the servers were attacked by a hacker, as many of you may already know.

It took about two and a half hours for the servers to be secured, and when it was time to play our second match we were given a whole 2minute warning prior by [GS]Annedroid. However, due to such a small time window in which we were alert to our match starting, one of our team members, Reve, had to afk for 20minutes. Had we been given more of a warning he would not have done so. We were given a 20-30minute time lapse for Reve to return, and when he did, we played our second map which we lost, and the third match which we won.

Here is where it gets interesting; the second team we were to face was Team Warsteiner, during our attempt at playing the first match, two of our team members disconnected persistently, it took us about 45minutes to play that just one map that we eventually won. After which we moved on to the second map which we won again. Facing both teams was supposed to take two hours and instead took more than six, we were playing at severely unfair hours and when we tried to reschedule the matches so we didn't have to play at 12:30 in the morning we were told it wasn't possible, which we accepted with humility and played accordingly with what Team Warsteiner wanted.

Four days after the drama that occured during the Supersonic, three of my teammates, myself included, were banned. The accounts in question were: .Reve, Last., and Story.BullsOP. The accusation was that we were account sharing after a report of such. We thought this was easily fixed because all our Supersonic games were streamed with full skype communication, showing that no accounts were shared. We wrote a ticket to Aeria Games in hope to remedy the situation, we then wrote another ticket, and then another, and then another. Each time we got simply automated responses. We posted our situation on the s4.source forums and recieved outstanding support from the community. Nevertheless our situation stayed the same and our accounts are still banned. We enquired constantly as to the proof that there was to report and ban our accounts permanently as under the Terms of Service, under certain jurisdictions we have such a right. We instead got an automated response that we were not allowed to.

After endless campaigns to try and free our accounts we got no further, and even after help from several members of the S5 and S4 community, nothing changed, we presented our proof, made our arguments and we were given the same response, that, in summary, Aeria Games can do it what it likes and has no reason to listen. You can show as much proof and evidence to support your case, or to undermine their own, nonetheless, not a single situation will change.
