Corsair showed off its new QX RGB fans, its iCUE Link system, and a Hybrid GPU cooling block at #Computex 2023. We go over the technical details of the fan and its bearing, but also talk openly about concerns relating to the RGB "ecosystems" developing right now -- all of which are proprietary -- between big players in the market. Between Lian Li, Hyte, and Corsair, the industry is going through an expansion cycle where companies diverge in standards, leading to products that can't be mixed with competing products (without having a fully isolated system). We're getting rid of the RGB standard that's annoying in exchange for RGB that, while better, is no longer a standard.
