This is Cult of the Lamb, an adorably "horrific" hybrid game that is part hack-n-slash rouge-lite, part life simulator(?). You play as a little sheep cult leader who must grow their cult and influence in order to free their master from the four powerful "Bishops" who have bound him. Work towards this goal through the action-packed rouge-lite "crusades", and then come back to grow your cult during the downtime.
