After landing Rock’s bnb lp elbow combo, you can do hp elbow break(press lp + lk) to chase you opponent down for oki. If opponent does far back recovery, you will have to break hp elbow at the very end to gain as much distance as possible. It should give you enough frames to do meaty st hk. If opponent does short back recovery, you must break hp elbow midway to get oki for throw or meaty st hk oki.
