No it isn't. Here's basically what I do instead.

There are six buttons, T, O, X, S, L, and R. Whenever you hold one of the buttons and then press another button, Parappa always says whichever button has priority over the other button. Here is the button hierarchy from top to bottom: T, O, X, S, L, and R. So if you happen to press O while holding S, Parappa would just say O, or in this case, "got," since O takes priority over S. And that also works when releasing a button! If you're holding T, X, and L, then release T, then Parappa says X, or in this case, "All," since X and L are the only buttons that are still held, and X takes priority of L.

To make Parappa rap so quickly, I just held T, O, X, or S, and then spammed L and R, since T, O, X, and S always takes priority over L and R. Since there's an input every time I press AND release a button, then you can make it sound even more spammed, and it's even possible to make Parappa speak once every frame! Get it?
