Wild speculation alert.

Some of the rumours coming out concerning Xbox Scorpio are quite interesting and it looks increasingly like a lot of games may well be running at native 4K on the console. That being the case, though, what is that chance that it will allow 4K capture and/or streaming? It seems highly unlikely but given Microsoft's interest in streaming with their new service, Beam, could they be about to unveil their plans for esports?
