In this video, I talk about the possibility of converting more classes to the trait setup that Minstrel and Brawler have in LOTRO. Currently, the Minstrel and the Brawler have two specs and a supplemental tree of perks to choose from. I think this could be a good overall answer to narrow the balance issues and help support a healthier overall class mix. Too many classes, if not all, have a spec that is underpowered or simply not used. These changes would also help to resolve that issue without long-term dev strain.
