The sounds of Black Ops I have come to CS:GO thanks to Riviera Software. The mod retains the Battlefield 3 reload and draw out sounds since the Black Ops I reload and draws (which was originally going to be in the mod) were too quiet and had too much background noise.

Installation Instructions:
1. extract the contents of the csgo folder to your own csgo folder. When it asks you to overwrite the script, say yes.
2. Boot up CSGO until you get to the main menu.
3. At the main menu, open the console (~) and type "snd_updateaudiocache" without the quotes.
4. Profit!
Uninstallation Instructions:
1. Open your CSGO scripts folder.
2. Replace game_sounds_weapons.txt with game_sounds_weapons_default.txt
3. Boot up CSGO and run snd_updateaudiocache again.
