HOW TO CREATE Counter-Strike Source 2005 retail copy:

You will need your own Steam.dll copy (from your steam folder) and paste it into the BIN folder where HL2.exe is located.
Then, create a shortcut to HL2.exe with the appending "-game cstrike" to run CSS.

HOW I REPACKED THIS:
Install the CSS discs on another computer with no steam installed.
Extract all GCF files using GCFScape from the "Steamapps" folder into one folder.

Extract Steam.dll to root BIN folder.
Extracted everything in "platforms" to root directory.

If getting missing GUI, extract CS shared content and platform GCF again.
